Recipient of an NSF CAREER award. Published numerous papers in areas such as computer graphics, biomechanics, fabrication, and robotics, with some receiving best paper awards.
Research Experience
Teaches multiple courses at Texas A&M University, including Data Structures & Algorithms, Computer Graphics, Computer Animation, and Computational Fabrication. Previously taught at California Polytechnic State University, where he instructed in computer science-related subjects.
Education
Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia; before joining Texas A&M University, he was an assistant professor at California Polytechnic State University and a post-doctoral fellow at Disney Research Boston and the MIT Computational Design and Fabrication Group.
Background
Research interests include computer graphics, physically based modeling, biomechanical simulation, and computational fabrication. Currently an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University.
