Academic Achievements

Wrote an overview article on the application of Generative AI in education; gave a tutorial on Generative AI for Education (GAIED) at IJCAI'24; co-organized the workshop on Generative AI for Education (GAIED) at NeurIPS'23.

Research Experience

Tenured faculty at MPI-SWS; leads the Machine Teaching Group; teaches courses and seminars on Generative AI and its applications in education; involved in multiple projects related to Generative AI, such as launching a new prompt programming platform (promptprogram.org) and a Python programming platform for K-12 students (blocksandpython.org).
