Academic Achievements
  • Developed an internal crowdsourcing platform at ASSISTments that has proven to improve student performance; involved in multiple research projects such as PLUS and E-Paath.
Research Experience
  • Currently a Postdoctoral researcher at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at CMU, working with Prof. Vincent Aleven and Prof. Ken Koedinger on the PLUS project; previously worked at ASSISTments, developing an internal crowdsourcing platform for gathering common wrong answer feedback (CWAFs) and teacher instructional recommendations (IRs), which have been shown to improve student performance; led the engineering team at OLE Nepal, a nonprofit organization, where he developed E-Paath, a project offering curriculum-aligned learning materials designed to support teachers and enhance the student learning experience.
