Research on user privacy concerns with conversational AI agents (in collaboration with UC Irvine) accepted to IEEE S&P; 4. User-centered work on investigating Indicators of Compromise for Industrial Control System Security published in Elsevier's Computers & Security journal; 5. Study on online communities of threat actors accepted into an IEEE S&P magazine special issue on cybercrime and online harm; 6. Paper on XR Security accepted into USENIX 25; 7. Gave an invited talk at UIowa as part of the rising star event.
Research Experience
Now recruiting two PhD students for Fall 2026 at FIU (Computer Science), focusing on human-AI interfaces, XR, and online cybercrime. Prior experience in applied AI and user-centered methodologies is highly valued.
