Academic Achievements
  • Involved in various projects such as Machine Translation, Information Retrieval (in collaboration with eBay Inc.), Online Content Moderation, Multimodal Content Generation, and Accessible Audio Description. Serves as a reviewer/program committee member/senior program committee member for multiple international conferences and journals. Member of the ACL Professional Conduct Committee (2021-2026), responsible for responding to complaints raised under the Anti-Harassment Policy.
Research Experience
  • Currently a Senior Lecturer at the Surrey Institute for People-Centred AI, managing the NLP subgroup within the NICE research group and teaching NLP modules to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Previously, he was a Lecturer at the same institute, Visiting Faculty at IIIT Lucknow, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Translation Studies.
