- Appointed as a Research Scientist at the Oden Institute in July 2025; gave talks at DARPA ANSR, AI Expo, and other conferences; multiple papers accepted by PNAS Nexus, MLSys 2025, and other conferences or journals.
Research Experience
- Led efforts on the WATonoBus project at MVS Lab, developing software and algorithmic development of perception and prediction modules for Canada’s first autonomous shuttle bus; interned at GM R&D, working on deep learning-based state estimation; visiting research scholar since 2021 at the NODE Lab at the University of Alberta, working on autonomous vehicles.

- PhD in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2023; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2018 (directly admitted to a PhD from Bachelor's), with a focus on Mechatronics and Robotics.
