Published multiple papers in the field of quantum computing and engineering, participated in several NSF, DARPA, and NIH funded research projects. His students and teams have won numerous best paper awards and other academic recognitions.
Research Experience
Prior to joining the University of Delaware, he was a professor at the School of Computing at Clemson University and a Faculty Scholar at the Clemson University School of Health Research. Earlier, he held a research position at Argonne National Laboratory's Division of Mathematics and Computer Science with a joint appointment at the Computation Institute, University of Chicago.

Undergraduate degree: Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel; Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science, supervised by Achi Brandt and Dorit Ron.
Background
Research interests include quantum computing, machine learning, and graph representation learning. He is a Professor and Associate Chair for Graduate Studies and Research in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Delaware, with a joint appointment in the Department of Physics and Astronomy.
