Research Experience
  • Currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the CVIS Lab at Toronto Metropolitan University. Our work addresses key challenges in real-time AI systems, including autonomous vehicles, robotics, drones, and smart home/city applications.

  • Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from RAISE Lab at Hanyang University; M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Hanyang University; M.Sc. in Computer Science from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences & Technology, Islamabad.
Background
  • Primary focus on real-time AI systems, including machine learning, robotic scene understanding/sensing, and multi-task learning. Specific areas of interest include human pose estimation, 2D shape representation, 3D mesh reconstruction, action recognition, transfer learning, and natural language processing.
