Academic Achievements
  • Serves as an Associate Editor for the ASME Journal of Dynamical Systems, Measurement, and Control and the IEEE Open Journal of Control Systems. Was a guest editor for the 2023-2024 Special Issue on Data-Driven Modeling and Control of Dynamical Systems in the ASME Journal of Dynamical Systems, Measurement, and Control. Held leadership roles in several premier control conferences, including serving as Registration Chair for the 2025 ACC, Workshop Chair for the 2023 ACC, and more.

  • Served as a Lecturer and Associate Research Scholar in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University from 2013 to 2016. Now an Associate Professor at Michigan State University focusing on areas such as mixed human-robot teams, networked multi-agent systems, neuroscience, and autonomous aerial and ground vehicles.
Education
  • Received B.Tech. degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India, in 2007. Earned M.S. (2011) and Ph.D. (2012) in mechanical engineering, along with an M.A. in statistics (2012), from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
