Research Experience
- Worked at Samsung Electronics as part of the system architecture and RTL design engineering team, contributing to 3D IC test chips. Currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with multiple papers accepted in international journals and conferences.

- Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, advised by Prof. Umit Ogras. Completed undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, where he collaborated with Dr. Neeraj Goel, Dr. Dip Sankar Banerjee, and Prof. Muhammad Shafique on various projects.
Background
- Research interests include thermal modeling and management of 2.5D-3D architectures, thermal-aware design, domain-specific SoCs, and specialized hardware accelerators, leveraging machine learning to optimize system performance.
