Received the ACM India Early Career Researcher (ECR) 2024 Award, Honorable Mention; has an oral presentation at NeurIPS 2025; presented work at ICML on using LLMs to discover programs for solving graph edit distance.
Research Experience
Will present three papers at KDD 2025 on machine learning for graphs; collaborated with Google DeepMind to extend the FunSearch platform for discovering programs to solve graph edit distance; developed a graph condensation technique that compresses large graph datasets into smaller versions, with a paper to appear at ICLR 2025.
Background
Research interests span the broad area of network science with a particular focus on graph neural networks and spatio-temporal data analytics. Holds the joint positions of Nick McKeown Chair Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the Yardi School of AI at IIT Delhi.
