He has published numerous high-impact papers in top conferences such as NeurIPS, KDD, and CIKM. Additionally, he won the Best Paper Award at HICSS 2025 and IoTDI 2024. His research projects cover areas like deep reinforcement learning and federated learning.
Research Experience
He joined UC Merced as a tenure-track assistant professor in 2017 and later became an associate professor. He also serves as a TPC co-chair for ACM BuildSys 2025.
