Academic Achievements
  • Led the NGFF (next generation file format) workstream, an Innovate UK initiative on interoperability in healthcare; developed TIAToolbox for end-to-end deployment of AI algorithms in Computational Pathology; involved in multiple projects such as Histomaps, Precision Vision, etc.
Research Experience
  • Before joining the University of Warwick, he held a postdoctoral position for two years at the Institute of Cancer Research, UK, working on the TRACERx lung project funded by Cancer Research UK (CRUK). Prior to that, he worked as a research fellow for three years at the Warwick Computer Science department on a BBSRC-funded project exploring the origin of new beta cells during pregnancy.
