- Originally from a dairy farm in Co. Tyrone, qualified as a veterinary surgeon from UCD in 2011. His research interests include all aspects of cattle health, production, and welfare, with active involvement in research on dairy calf pneumonia, Johne's disease, surveillance, epidemiology, welfare, antimicrobial use, and biosecurity.
