Conducts research at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Founded and leads the BERG - Blockchain Exploration Research Group since 2017, focusing on blockchain as a complex network. Co-founder and co-leader of the Network Science Lab at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

Earned a PhD in Computer Science in 2014 under the supervision of Professor Przemysław Kazienko, and a Habilitation (D.Sc.) in Information and Communication Technology in 2022.
