Background
- Research interests: generative models, uncertainty quantification, segmentation and detection in volumetric data. Specifically, focusing on volumetric segmentation with 2D convolutions by leveraging cross-slice information, prompt-based segmentation techniques, aleatoric and epistemic uncertainty estimation for enhanced model explainability, as well as developing deep generative models for artifacts removal and data augmentation.
