Education
Ph.D. in Computer Science from Arizona State University (ASU), supervised by Prof. Subbarao Kambhampati; M.S. by thesis and B.Tech (Honours) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT-Hyderabad.
Background
Research interests include developing robust, goal-centric intelligent models that can learn and reason with complex, real-world data from the Web. Particularly interested in addressing critical challenges in privacy, public health (including addictions, dietetics, and maternal health), and finance (with an emphasis on crowdfunding). Also studies how generative AI is shaping user behavior online, handling unstructured and messy data, integrating diverse sources of information, and assessing the credibility of data.
