Dr. Mohan Baruwal Chhetri is a Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO's Data61, where he leads the Human-Machine Collaboration for Cybersecurity research theme. With 19 years of R&D experience, Dr. Baruwal Chhetri is passionate about developing intelligent solutions that enhance human decision-making in complex cyber-physical-social ecosystems. His work encompasses a range of approaches, from autonomous AI decision-making to AI-augmented human expertise and collaborative human-AI problem-solving. Currently, his primary focus is on harnessing these innovative solutions to strengthen cybersecurity defenses at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. Additionally, Dr. Baruwal Chhetri is interested in exploring the ethical, social, and security implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, extended reality, and quantum.
