Publications: MILo: Mesh-In-the-Loop Gaussian Splatting for Detailed and Efficient Surface Reconstruction (SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 - Journal Track (TOG)); Awards: Outstanding Reviewers for ICCV 2025, CVPR 2025, ECCV 2024, NeurIPS 2024.
Research Experience
Postdoc Researcher: GeomeriX team, École polytechnique, advised by Maks Ovsjanikov.
Education
PhD: École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC), co-advised by Vincent Lepetit and Pascal Monasse; Master's: Ecole polytechnique and École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay, obtained MVA MS degree.
Background
Research Interests: Image-Based Rendering (IBR) and 3D reconstruction using deep learning approaches. Specifically, worked on developing scalable approaches for simultaneously learning to reconstruct and explore 3D environments, and recently on Novel View Synthesis and surface reconstruction with radiance fields and Gaussian splatting.
Miscellany
Personal Experiences: Invited to work in Japan with Pr. Ko Nishino from Kyoto University for 6 weeks; gave a talk about Surface Reconstruction using Gaussian Splatting during the 3DV 2024 tutorial on Gaussian Splatting.
