Research Experience
  • 1. Developed the NIAG perfusion software under the supervision of Dr. Oghabian, in collaboration with Dr. Mohammadi, Dr. Irandoost, and Dr. Zare, for quantitative analysis of brain perfusion MRI.
  • 2. Enhanced the software's analytical pipeline, refined brain segmentation methods for complex tumor cases, improved preprocessing routines, and extended manual ROI handling and visualization modules.
  • 3. Increased the quality and resolution of perfusion MRI images, ensured precise metric calculations, and implemented and debugged perfusion parameter calculations.
