Worked as a scientist at DRDO, Delhi, from February 2007 to January 2018; served as a postdoctoral researcher at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, from September 2011 until December 2012, collaborating with Professor Daniel Panario and Professor Steven Wang.
Education
Received his Ph.D. in 2010 from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he was a student of Professor Sudhir R. Ghorpade.
Background
Born in a remote village in the district of Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh, in the northern part of India. Currently working as an associate professor at IIT Jammu. Interested in all aspects of finite fields and their applications in cryptography, coding theory, combinatorics, number theory, and discrete mathematics.
