Developing efficient and scalable implementations of coupled fluid-particle simulations, focusing on piping erosion during suction bucket installations.
Background
Developing efficient and scalable implementations of coupled fluid-particle simulations on heterogeneous HPC systems. My simulations focus on piping erosion, a critical failure during the installation of suction bucket foundations for offshore wind turbines. I aim to leverage these simulations to run highly efficiently on large-scale supercomputers while providing valuable insights into piping erosion and strategies for its prevention.
