Authored several papers in the areas of ontologies and knowledge sharing, formal ontologies, and knowledge management.

  • Authored several papers in the areas of Ontologies and Knowledge Sharing, Formal ontologies, and Knowledge Management, and has been involved in a number of EU and UK projects on these topics. Area Editor for the newly established Transactions on Graph Data and Knowledge journal and was Programme Co-Chair for the Research Track at ISWC 2020. Co-chair of the Knowledge Graphs Interest Group at the Alan Turing Institute, which aims to facilitate research and innovation on Knowledge Graphs in the UK and beyond.

Research interests lie in the area of Ontologies in open and distributed environments, such as Multi-Agent systems, Semantic Web, and Grid environments. Also interested in using AI methods to investigate mechanisms for dynamic knowledge evolution and adaptation.
