1. Published a short paper on Sim2Real in Robotics and Automation in IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering.
2. Lead organizer of the sim2real for robotics workshop, colocated with R:SS 2019 and R:SS 2020, and wrote a summary paper about the 2020 edition of the workshop.
3. In May 2015, his Team RBO won a prestigious international robotics challenge. The lessons learned paper won the Best Systems Paper award at RSS 2016; the paper on the perception system was nominated for Best Paper Award at IROS 2016.
4. Published a research paper on learning state representations in multi-task reinforcement learning.
5. Published a paper titled 'No free lunch in ball catching: A comparison of Cartesian and angular representations for control'.
6. PhD thesis: 'On Decomposability in Robot Reinforcement Learning', which studied problems in robot learning, specifically ball catching and learning to manipulate articulated objects, and developed a conceptual framework for understanding solutions to these problems: the spectrum of decomposability.
