Academic Achievements
- Won the championship in the 2019 ACM ICMI Real-life Affect Recognition Challenge (EmotiW'19), Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Southeast University in 2020, Preferential Funding for Innovation Projects of Overseas Students in Nanjing in 2020, and the championship in the 2025 IEEE ICASSP Multimodal Emotion and Intent Joint Understanding Challenge (MEIJU'25). Guided a graduate team to win the Grand Prize in the Seed Group of the 2nd National Artificial Intelligence Application Scenario Innovation Challenge Final in 2024. Authorized 10 national invention patents as the first inventor.
Research Experience
- Hosted 4 national and provincial-level projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China (General/Youth), Aviation Science Fund, and one project on 'Electronics and Information Professional Construction, Curriculum Construction, and Teaching Research' in Jiangsu Higher Education. Participated in multiple research projects, including early screening of mental disorders and lie detection technology based on multimodal emotional behavior analysis.

- Joined the School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering/Key Laboratory of Child Development and Learning Science of Southeast University in January 2019 as a lecturer; Promoted to associate professor in April 2022.
