Research Experience
Currently a Research Professor at the IFE, leading the development of computational methods for the ShapingSkills project, designing models for dynamic skill identification and semantic understanding to support personalized learning and workforce development. Previously, a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Living Lab and Data Hub (LL&DH), IFE, working on advanced NLP methods for educational technology.

Earned Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science, cum laude, from Centro de Investigación en Computación, Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). Bachelor's degree from Forman Christian University in Lahore, specializing in Software Engineering and Computer Science.

Interests in Natural Language Processing and Psycholinguistics. Currently, a Research Professor at the Institute for the Future of Education (IFE), Tecnológico de Monterrey, focusing on NLP and its applications in educational assessment, feedback, and pedagogical innovation. Also teaches in the Department of Computer Science, sharing expertise in NLP, ML, and AI with students.
