Academic Achievements
  • Recipient of the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) Young Investigator Program (YIP) Award in 2019 and the Army Research Office (ARO) Young Investigator Program (YIP) Award in 2017; received the James M. Tien '66 Early Career Award and Grant for Faculty in 2022 and the School of Engineering Research Excellence Award in 2018. Multiple students' papers have been accepted for publication in NeurIPS, TMLR, IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, and other journals and conferences. Students have also won several awards, such as the MLCommons ML and Systems Rising Star Award, IBM PhD Fellowship, etc.

  • Was a postdoc research scholar at Duke University from August 2012 to December 2012 before joining RPI.
