Academic Achievements
- Published research in top-tier NLP, ML, and CV conferences, including ICLR, CVPR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, SIGIR, WWW, WSDM, AAAI, and IJCAI. Received the ACL Best Demo Paper Award and the ACL Outstanding Demo Paper Award. Serves as an Area Chair for NLP conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, etc) and as a Senior Program Committee member for AI conferences. Ph.D. thesis was awarded the Excellent Doctoral Thesis of Chinese Information Processing Society (CIPS).

- Ph.D. in Computer Science from Fudan University (Sep 2016 – Jul 2021), under the supervision of Prof. Xuanjing Huang.
Background
- Research interests include: Trustworthiness (how to make MLLMs/LLMs more reliable and factual, key aspects include mitigating hallucinations, biases, and unsafe or malicious behavior, ensuring alignment with human values and expectations, and enhancing interpretability), Multimodal Foundation Models (encompassing both generation and understanding of text, images, video, and audio).
