Background
- Member of the Communist Party of China, PhD, Researcher, and Doctoral Supervisor. Currently serves as the Assistant to the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Big Data, Fuzhou University, and Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Network Computing and Intelligent Information Processing, Fujian Province. Also serves as Vice Chairman of ACM Xiamen and Executive Committee Member of CCF Fuzhou. Main research areas include cloud/edge computing, resource optimization, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
