Currently an Associate Professor at the Institute of Information and Control Technologies, Nanjing Normal University. He has published more than 60 technical papers in prominent journals and conferences such as IEEE T-NNLS, IEEE T-TKDE, IEEE T-MC, etc.

Received his B.E. degree from Zhengzhou University in 2001, M.E. degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2004, and doctoral degree from Southeast University.
