During his PhD, he works under the guidance of Jerry Zhu, Qiaomin Xie, and Yudong Chen; During his MS, he worked under the guidance of Shuchi Chawla on online and stochastic optimization.

PhD: University of Wisconsin-Madison, Theory of Computing group, advised by Jerry Zhu; MS: Computer Science, advised by Shuchi Chawla, focusing on online and stochastic optimization; BS: Mathematics and Computer Science (with honors) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, worked with Alexandra Kolla and Alexander Yong.

Research interests: approximation algorithms for combinatorial optimization problems with uncertainty, especially those arising in multi-agent reinforcement learning; Field: Theory of Computing; Brief introduction: currently a PhD candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a LEAP Fellow, and co-organizes Machine Learning Lunch Meetings.
