Academic Achievements
  • Editorial contributions to six prestigious academic journals, such as Medical Image Analysis and Pattern Recognition. Co-founder of the Medical Image Computing Seminar (MICS), which has become one of China’s most influential academic communities for medical imaging research since its inception in 2014. Mentored many graduate students and professionals who have made significant contributions to the field.
Research Experience
  • Currently a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at ShanghaiTech University, directing the Medical Imaging and Informatics Laboratory (MIIL). From 2013 to 2021, he established and led the Medical Image Computing (MIC) Lab at SJTU.
