Research Experience
Machine Learning Research Fellow for Medical Imaging at BHF Centre for Cardiovascular Science, University of Edinburgh, UK.
Background
Research Interests: Machine Learning in Medicine, Data Analysis, Computational Healthcare, Internet of Things. Focuses on the application of cutting-edge machine learning technology to medical data analysis and clinical decision-making, including object detection, segmentation, and quantification in medical images, as well as multimodal (e.g., image, genetic, and molecular data) fusion, simulation, cross-domain synthesis, lifelong learning for automatic diagnosis and treatment planning with imperfect data. Recently, his research has focused on the interpretability and generalizability of deep learning models.
