Academic Achievements
Author/co-author of over 80 publications in journals and conferences with peer review; Member of the editorial board of the journal Traitement Automatique de la Langue (TAL) and reviewer for numerous journals (Speech Communication, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IEEE Transactions on Speech and Audio Processing) and international conferences (ICASSP, Interspeech, ASRU, HLT, EMNLP); Former member of the IEEE Speech and Language Processing Technical Committee (SLTC) (2008-2010) and currently part of the executive committee of the Association for Automatic Language Processing (ATALA).
Research Experience
Worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in the Computational Linguistics Lab, as a lecturer at the Laboratoire Informatique d'Avignon (LIA), and as a visiting professor at AT&T Shannon Lab (New Jersey, USA). Currently a member of the Laboratoire Informatique et Systèmes (LIS UMR 7020) at Aix-Marseille University.

Obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Avignon and Pays de Vaucluse (UAPV) in 1994.
