Academic Achievements
  • Scheduled to present at multiple international conferences such as ARS'25 Tenth International Workshop on Social Network Analysis, Sunbelt, International Conference on the Science of Science and Innovation, etc. Involved in several research projects on cumulative advantage and ranking-based reinforcement.
Research Experience
  • Currently a Research Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Toulouse. Research areas include social network analysis, science of science and innovation, complex systems, etc. Taught a course in Game Theory at Pompeu Fabra University.
Education
  • PhD: Boston University, 2019, Mathematics.
Background
  • A mathematician by training (PhD from Boston University, 2019), using mathematical modeling to study biological and social systems. In recent work, he applies the theory of probability and stochastic processes to study reinforcement processes in the social sciences, particularly cumulative advantage and ranking-based reinforcement. He is also interested in teaching both pure and applied mathematics.
Miscellany
  • Writing a series of articles that gently introduce topics in real analysis.
