Grateful to be granted the DAAD AINeT Fellowship; received 2025 Surrey-Adelaide Partnership Fund on project “Federated Self-supervised Learning Framework for Diatom Classification”; ECIS Best RiP Paper Runner-up Award, etc.

  • Currently a Lecturer at the School of Computer and Mathematical Sciences, The University of Adelaide; also a Visiting Scholar at DeSI Lab, Australian Artificial Intelligence Institute, University of Technology Sydney. Recipient of the Australian Laureate postdoctoral fellowship. Former Research Fellow at RMIT University.
Education
  • Received a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Technology Sydney in 2020, advised by Distinguished Professor Jie Lu, Professor Haiyan Lu, and Professor Guangquan Zhang.
