Academic Achievements
  • Released a large-scale dataset for robotic grasp detection known as the Jacquard dataset; developed the LIRIS-ACCEDE dataset, which consists of a large number of movie excerpts shared under Creative Commons licenses, provided together with their emotional annotation.
Research Experience
  • Has been an Associate Professor at Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France, since 2004, conducting research activities in the LIRIS laboratory (CNRS UMR 5205).
