Research Experience
Currently a professor at the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Language Science and Technology at Saarland University. Leads the IDDISC lab, focusing on individualized interaction in discourse. Starting from January 2024, she will also lead the 'Multimodal Language Processing' research group at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics.
Background
Research interests include computational cognitive modeling, experimental psycholinguistics, information-theoretic models of language processing, coherence relations in text and pragmatics, natural language generation, multimodal language processing (language and vision / language and body language).
