Currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University; was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) from 2019 to 2025, and was promoted to tenured Associate Professor in 2025; currently working at Cornell Tech.

Research interests: statistical signal processing, wireless communication, and optimization; recent research focuses on bilevel optimization, multi-objective optimization, and their applications in AI and learning problems such as LLM fine-tuning and alignment, meta-learning, and federated learning; emerging computing systems like next-generation wireless systems and analog in-memory computing.
