Research Interests: data privacy, IT security, machine learning, big data. Since April 1st, 2022, holds the professorship of 'Data Privacy and Security' at the University of Leipzig. His teaching approach is unique, aiming to provide a broad range of topics that equip students with the necessary knowledge to solve data privacy and data security issues related to machine learning approaches in the cloud.
