Served in multiple international conferences, including as General Co-Chair for ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS) in 2025, Fast Abstract Chair for IEEE/IFIP International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks (DSN) in 2021, and more. Published numerous research papers on system security, multimedia networking, etc.
Research Experience
Current positions include Director of The Center of Education and Research in Cybersecurity (TWISC @ NYCU) at NYCU (2023-2025), Director of Institute of Network Engineering at NYCU (2022-2025). Previously served as Secretary General of Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (2018-2021), and held various academic roles such as Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor at different universities.

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2007.
