She has been involved in several research projects, such as a £2.1 million project aimed at revolutionizing implantable medical devices by harnessing power from glucose in the body; and the development of 'brain-free' robots that move in sync, powered entirely by air.
Research Experience
Dr. Soheila Molaei is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow focused on developing graph link prediction and generative AI technologies to facilitate the creation of new polymers and advance drug discovery.
Education
She obtained her MSc from the University of Tehran in 2016 and her PhD in Large-scale Graph Summarization from the same institution in 2021.
Background
Her research interests include variational graph neural networks, deep learning, probabilistic ML, healthcare informatics, polymer informatics, drug discovery, and clinical AI. She is currently engaged in developing generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), to create new polymers with specific characteristics.
