Research interests include medical imaging, computational biology, and computational neuroscience. Specifically, pattern recognition techniques applied to breast MRI, computer-aided diagnosis, fMRI data analysis, dynamical analysis of gene regulatory networks, graph theoretical concepts applied in therapeutics of glioblastoma, stem cells, phosphoproteomics, brain-based classification techniques, nonlinear stability analysis of cortical systems, and graph theory applied to cortical networks.
