Gratefully supported by the IBM Goldstine fellowship.
Research Experience
Was a visiting assistant professor at NYU Stern during 2019-2020; currently an assistant professor in the Department of Technology, Operations, and Statistics at Stern School of Business, New York University; also associated faculty at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Tandon School of Engineering, and affiliated faculty at NYU Center for Data Science.
Education
Obtained Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in summer 2019, advised by Professor Nick Bambos and Professor Peter Glynn.
Background
Research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning, sequential decision making, optimization, and stochastic systems. Broadly interested in developing sample-efficient and computationally efficient policy learning algorithms for data-driven decision-making problems.
