Research Experience
Since 2024, Senior Research Engineer at Amadeus, focusing on seamless and unobtrusive biometric technologies and computer vision for authentication solutions; From 2022 to 2023, worked at Bosch on THEIA and ATLAS projects, developing intelligent perception algorithms for autonomous driving; From 2017 to 2022, as a Research Assistant at INESC TEC, developed novel pattern recognition methodologies for biometric recognition and personalized wellbeing monitoring.

Completed Ph.D. in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP) in 2022, supervised by Prof. Jaime S. Cardoso and Prof. Miguel V. Correia; M.Sc. in Bioengineering (field of Biomedical Engineering) from the same institution in 2017.
