Academic Achievements
- She received the 2024 IEEE ComSoc Award for Advances in Communication, the 2022 IEEE ComSoc Best Tutorial Paper Award, the 2022 WICE Outstanding Achievement Award, and the 2021 N2Women: Stars in Networking and Communications. Additionally, she was awarded the IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Service Award for EMEA 2023.
Research Experience
- She has published in several first-tier IEEE journals and received various awards, including the 2024 IEEE ComSoc Award for Advances in Communication. Currently, she serves as a Member of the TC on SPCOM within the IEEE Signal Processing Society and as a Senior Editor for the IEEE JSAC Quantum Series.
Background
- Her research interests are in Quantum Information Processing, Quantum Communications, and Quantum Networks. She is a co-founder of the Quantum Internet Research group at the University of Naples Federico II (Italy) and the PI of the ERC-CoG 2024 n.101169850 “QNattyNet”.
