Background
- Research interests include fast algorithms for electromagnetic field solvers (with techniques of FDM, BEM, RW, etc.), capacitance, resistance and impedance extraction of IC interconnects, modeling and extraction of substrate coupling in mixed-signal IC's, fast thermal simulation for 3-D ICs, circuit simulation and interconnect analysis, a broad range of numerical algorithms, stochastic algorithms and their parallelization.
