Authored over fifty influential papers in leading journals such as Nature and its sister journals, as well as premier academic conferences; received the ICDE 10-Year Influential Paper Award from the International Conference on Data Engineering; his team's seminal breakthroughs in protein dynamics research earned recognition among the Top 10 Advances in Chinese Bioinformatics in 2024.
Research Experience
Served as a senior principal research manager at Microsoft Research AI for Science, where he started the Microsoft Graph Engine project and established both the Computational Biology Research Group and Scientific Computing Research Group.
