Research Experience
His research focuses on developing and implementing robust and efficient techniques for operations management. He founded LogicTools (acquired by IBM in 2009), OPS Rules (acquired by Accenture in 2016), and Opalytics (became part of Accenture Applied Intelligence in 2018). He pioneered the Risk Exposure Model to assess supply chain resilience, predicting that supply chains in North America and Europe would stop by mid-March 2020 at the beginning of the COVID pandemic.
