Academic Achievements
He was awarded the second ex-aequo prize for the ERCIM Cor Baayen Award in 2015. He has several publications, including a paper accepted at ICML 2018 titled 'Constraining the Dynamics of Deep Probabilistic Models' and a PNAS paper on the susceptibility of brain atrophy to TRIB3 in Alzheimer's disease.
Research Experience
He is a member of the editorial board of Nature Scientific Reports (Neurology Panel) and has worked as a statistical consultant for the European clinical project Pharmacog.
Background
His research interests include the development and study of computational and statistical methods for the analysis of biomedical data and brain images. He is also interested in statistical analysis in clinical trials of disease-modifying drugs.
